All core equipment for the customer’s Phase I project was supplied by Gaoce? Gaoce independently develops and manufactures key wafer production equipment, such as cropping machines, squaring machines, integrated grinding and polishing machines, and diamond wire saws. These products deliver industry-leading performance and hold over 50% market share globally.
Gaoce develops and produces its own electroplated diamond wire, annular diamond wire, and grinding wheels. Its diamond wire shipment volume consistently ranks among the top three in the industry with a steadily growing market share.
With 63 GW of wafering capacity in operation, Gaoce has established a lean factory operation system covering process R&D, production management, and quality control, providing strong practical support for solution implementation.
